We offers several ticket options based on the number of days you plan to attend, 4 days, 2 consecutive days or 1 day.

1-, 2- and 4-days tickets include physical access to all main events, workshops, coffee breaks, lunches and social events (except for the conference dinner) taking place on the days you registered for. This also applies for discounted student registrations.
A dinner ticket is included with all 4-days tickets (regular & student). Registrants choosing 1- or 2-days tickets can buy extra dinner tickets during the registration process.
Extra dinner tickets are available for 80€.
All on site tickets include access to remote streams for the entire conference.
Early registration ends on Tuesday May 31st midnight Central European Summer Time (CEST, GMT+02:00). Late and on site registration will be available till the end of the conference.
Payment Methods
You can pay online using credit card, bank transfer (SEPA), or bon de commande (French institution only).
Refund
If you have to cancel your registration, you get 100% back until the 12th of June. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
Online Access
All scientific sessions of conferences and workshops will be live streamed using Webex. Remote attendees will be able to ask questions using the built-in chat. You can test the tool here. Links to each sessions will be communicated a few days before the events.
Author Policy
Authors are expected to present their paper on site. Please contact us quickly at staf2022<at>univ-nantes<dot>fr if no author can attend the conference on site.
Conference paper authors must register for at least 2 days. Workshops paper authors must register for at least the day of the event. A single conference registration cannot cover multiple papers. The author may register paying the regular fee or the discounted student fee if applicable.
Student Policy
For registrations at the student rate, a proof of student status - such as a confirmation of registration provided by the university or a confirmation letter by the PhD advisor - may be asked on your arrival at the conference. We reserve the right to refuse you access to the conference if you cannot provide such proof.
Visa Information
If you need a visa for traveling to France we can provide you with the invitation letter needed for obtaining the visa. You have to fulfill the following prerequisites to get this invitation letter:
- You are already registered for STAF 2022.
- You need to have an accepted paper at one of the STAF 2022 events.
If you meet these requirements contact us by sending an email to staf2022<at>univ-nantes<dot>fr. In your e-mail, please explicitly indicate to which STAF 2022 event your paper has been accepted.
