Le voyage à Nantes

If you spend some time walking in Nantes city center you may find art installations. These art installations are part of le Voyage à Nantes a yearly festival happening during summer. This years the 10th edition of le voyage à Nantes starts on the 1st of July so you will be able to experience it during your stay at STAF 2022.

If you stumble upon an installation look around for a green line, it will guide you to the next installation.

Les machines de l’île

Located in Nantes, La Machine, a street theatre company, has built many large scale mecanical beasts. Such as Long Ma a giant Dragon-Horse, several giant spiders or an elephant. In their headquarters in Nantes you can meet the grand elephant, explore a gallery filled with mechanical animals and insects, children can enjoy a ride on the carrousel des mondes marins an abyss theme carousel.
